Effective immediately all requests for public records must be given to Juliette Haas, Public Records Access Officer, or Mary Brazie, Secondary Public Records Access Officer.
Responses will be coordinated through the Public Records Access Officer. Requests for public records may be made orally, to include telephone requests, or in writing to the Public Records Access Officer. Written requests may be delivered by hand, by mail, via email or by fax.

2017 Election Calendar:

Tuesday, March 21        Last day to file Nomination Papers with the Board of Registrars by 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 25      Last day to post notices of Partisan Caucuses
Saturday, April 1            Last day to hold Caucuses
Tuesday, April 4            Last day to file Certified Nomination Papers & Certificates of Nomination by Caucuses by 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 6            Last day to withdraw as a candidate
Saturday, April 8            Saturday Voter Registration
Wednesday, April 12      Last day to register to vote for Town Meeting and Town Election

Tuesday, May 2            Town Meeting
Tuesday, May 9            Town Election

            The following offices will be elected in May: Moderator, one year; Town Clerk, one year; Tree Warden, one year; Selectman, three years, Assessor, three years; Library Trustee, three years; Cemetery Commissioner, three years; Planning Board, five years.

            The last day to register to vote for the May 2 Town Meeting and the May 9 Local Elections is Wednesday April 12 at 3:00PM. The Town Clerk will be holding Saturday hours on Saturday April 8 from 10am to 12noon at Town Hall to assist with voter registration.
