FY23 Alford/Egremont Local Cultural Council Grant Round Opens September 1, 2022. Online Application Only
The Alford-Egremont Cultural Council makes grant decisions following the carefully structured guidelines of the state program while referencing local needs. The Council is committed to funding a diverse cross-section of arts, humanities, and environmental activities and programs with a determined venue and date. The Council consciously attempts to divide funds evenly between programs that serve specific populations and those that benefit the entire local community. Special consideration is given to projects and programs in Alford, Egremont, and neighboring towns.
For those wishing to be considered for an Alford Egremont Cultural grant, the Council is now awarding Direct Grants funding in advance of the project’s launch, allowing an expanded opportunity for those with limited project development funds.
