Discuss the Request for Proposal to solicit bids for the One Stop for Growth award to address the review of the Town's current zoning bylaws. Discuss logistics for the ADU Special Permit hearing. Discussion regarding the Comprehensive and Open Space and Recreation Plans, including but not limited to the next community-wide survey. Continue discussing zoning bylaw amendments on fences, junk cars, watershed overlay district, and structure definition.
