A class to release tension, deepen breathing, strengthen muscles, improve balance, alignment, and flexibility, and inspire movement and creativity. Taught by Pamela Knowles, everyone is welcome; no experience is necessary. You'll come away feeling relaxed and revitalized in your own home!
