The microtransit pilot program, TriTown Connector, is an on-demand transportation service for residents of any age, with trips limited to Egremont, Great Barrington, and Stockbridge for any purpose. Seniors over 60 can book rides to Monterey, New Marlborough, and Pittisfield medical appointments.

The TriTown Connector runs 7 AM. to 8 PM. on weekdays and 8 AM to 8 PM on weekends. The weekend service schedule runs on most holidays.

Fares differ for non-residents, residents, and seniors within one town or between towns—senior discounts are applied to purchasing a ten one-way-ride ticket book.

The vans can be requested up to 30 minutes in advance by calling 413-591-3826. People must use the program's app to schedule during the weekend.

For more details, consult the Transportation Department web page and TriTown Connector's website.
