Through a Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) grant, Egremont's Board of Health has installed Purple Air sensors in outdoor locations in Egremont. Sensors provide real-time readings of air quality that are updated every two minutes. The sensor at Town Hall, as of today, June 8, 2023, at 9:20:06 AM, reported air quality at 198.
