[ARCHIVED] Seniors Get Help with Your MassHealth Renewals

Elder Services of Berkshire County has hired a Benefits Support Specialist ready to assist seniors throughout the county with filling out MassHealth Redetermination paperwork and answering related questions.

In March 2020, MassHealth put protections in place to keep MassHealth coverage from ending during the COVID-19 emergency. With the COVID-19 emergency over, MassHealth will return to its standard annual eligibility renewal process. As of April 1, 2023, all current MassHealth members will need to review their coverage to ensure they continue to qualify for their current benefits. Renewals will take place over 12 months.

To receive assistance from Elder Services' Benefits Support Specialist, send an email to SHINE@esbci.org or call 413-236-1747.
